description
The Prince's Trust is the UK's leading youth charity, committed to helping young people realise their potential and develop motivation and confidence.
The Prince's Trust Team Programme is a unique developmental opportunity, which brings together employed participants with young people who are unemployed, under-skilled, within or leaving the criminal justice system or leaving care.
The delegate will attend for 20-days over the period of the 12-week programme. The delegate will discuss with The Prince's Trust their development needs and agree the best activities to participate in to ensure these needs are met. Typical skills and behaviours delegates are looking to develop include leadership, confidence, mentoring, teamwork, motivation and communication.
