Sponsorship of the Mayor’s Car
St Edmundsbury are seeking sponsorship of the Mayoral car and have listed below some of the benefits to a car dealer in return for the use of the car on official engagements:
| • | The Mayor’s car is used to chauffer the Mayor to engagements. |
| • | The Mayor’s car is shown at 300+ events throughout the year, and will often be parked in prominent places, including Buckingham Palace. |
| • | It is anticipated the mileage would be approximately 8-10,000 per year. |
| • | Sponsorship could be on an initial 12 month basis. |
| • | Signwriting (peel off vinyl) on the car stating “XXX’ sponsors of the Mayor’s car” and showing both logos, although would need to be subtle. |
| • | Mayor could attend some dealer events. |
| • | The dealer would be invited to attend the Civic Dinner and have display board in reception. |
| • | Would be great to have the handover built into the Mayor Making Ceremony in the Apex on Tuesday 19th May 2015. |
