Procurement of Civil Legal Aid Services from Autumn 2019

The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) is inviting responses from Applicants to its Invitations To Tender ("ITTs") for the delivery of publicly funded civil legal aid services from Autumn 2019 under the following contracts:

• 2018 Standard Civil Contract ("Face to Face Contract") in Education and Discrimination; and
• 2018 Specialist Telephone Advice Contract for Civil Legal Advice (CLA) in Education, Discrimination and Housing and Debt("CLA Contract")

Applicants must ensure that they complete this Selection Questionnaire for 2019 Contracts for civil legal aid services, in addition to a response to the relevant Invitation(s) to Tender ("ITT(s)") for the civil legal aid services the Applicant wishes to deliver under the 2018 Contracts.

This opportunity opens on 11 June 2019. The deadline for submitting a response is 9am on 10 July 2019.

Additional information: Please note the Face to Face Education and Discrimination Contracts will start on 1 September 2019 and will run until 31 August 2021 (subject to the LAA's rights of early termination and LAA's right to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years i.e. 31 August 2023).

CLA Services in the CLA Housing and Debt Categories will commence on 1 November 2019 and will run until 31 August 2021 (subject to the LAA's rights of early termination and LAA's right to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years i.e. 31 August 2023).

CLA Services in the Education and Discrimination Categories, will commence from 1 September 2019 and end on 31 March 2021 (subject to the contractual provisions in relation to early termination). There will be no extension provision in these Contracts.
