Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) has commissioned a suitably experienced and competent D & B Contractor to carry out the redevelopment and regeneration of Elms Field in Wokingham Town Centre. The Works will include completing the detailed design and the construction of the new buildings which include a new hotel, supermarket, boutique cinema, residential properties, new infrastructure and public open spaces.
