Advertising and Roadside Maintenance and Support contract

Please note that the purpose of this Notice is to advise potential bidders of a forthcoming Supplier Seminar in relation to this requirement.

Centro (West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive) is shortly looking to commence the procurement of renewing its major advertising and roadside maintenance and support contracts to commence on 1st July 2016. This will be a multi-year contract and potential Lots may include the following: •Lot 1 – advertising on bus shelters

•Lot 2 – advertising at bus stations

•Lot 3 – advertising at railway station Park and Ride car parks

•Lot 4 – advertising on billboards

•Lot 5 – digital media (online / Apps)

•Lot 6 – other media (including tickets, wallets, timetables etc.)

•Lot 7 – infrastructure cleaning & auditing

•Lot 8 – maintenance of highway infrastructure

•Lot 9 – bus shelter and bus stop pole manufacture and supply

•Lot 10 – ground maintenance

In order to commence this process, Centro is seeking to engage with the marketplace and seek specialist views and market expertise on how best to achieve delivery of any or all elements of the above. With this in mind, Centro is arranging a Supplier Seminar on Tuesday 28th April 2015 and would like to invite all interested suppliers to attend, learn more and offer Centro expert advice about how best to deliver this exciting opportunity. The meeting will take place at Centro House, 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3SD commencing at 1100 and run until approximately 1400. In addition, if suppliers are not able to attend this event, Centro is running a webinar to cover the same Agenda (subject to sufficient demand) commencing at 1100 on Thursday 30th April 2015.
