Framework Agreement for Mechanical Contractors for Minor Works

Framework Agreement for Mechanical Contractors for Minor Works for Durham County Council, for works on both existing and new build premises for a range of Council owned properties. The work could involve projects on various premises including for example industrial units, schools, academies and any other educational and Council buildings, leisure centres and County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue.The main users of the Framework Agreement will be Direct Services as part of the Regeneration and Local Services Directorate.

This Framework will be available for use by DCC on behalf of itself and other entities where they have entered into a Service Level Agreement with DCC:

• Academy Schools in County Durham and Darlington,
• Maintained Schools in County Durham and Darlington,
• County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service,
• Durham Constabulary and the Office of the Durham Police and Crime Commissioner,
• County Durham Housing Group
• Parish Councils and Town Councils in County Durham. DCC makes no guarantee that they will be awarded any call off and no guarantee is in respect of any volume of work under any such call off agreements, or in aggregate under the Framework Agreement. All Quantities are estimated and are for evaluation purposes only.

This Tender is issued under an open process with no prior shortlisting. A maximum number of three bidders, who achieves the highest weighted tender score over 60% will be awarded the Framework.
