Cover is being sought in respect of airport liability, terrorism, property damage and business interruption, and employer's liability.

Additional information: Gibraltar does not participate in the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) under the World Trade Organization (WTO). HM Government of Gibraltar therefore reserves the right to consider only those bids from eligible tenderers in Gibraltar, the UK, or a country or territory covered by a trade agreement extending to Gibraltar that contains relevant procurement provisions.

Organisations established in a non-eligible country may participate in tenders issued by HM Government of Gibraltar, at HM Government of Gibraltar's sole discretion, if, as part of their submission, they demonstrate to HM Government of Gibraltar's satisfaction, the creation/establishment of an organisation in Gibraltar to deliver the requirements of the tender.
