Bath and North East Somerset Council is looking to commission an additional counselling service to improve the emotional health of individual pupils attending secondary schools within the authority. The aim is to establish a system of school-based counsellors who will work closely with the school pastoral team and a named mental health practitioner from the local Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).
