BPSQ 039 - Joint marketing & letting of void industrial properties in Birmingham with Birmingham Property Services

Birmingham Property Services is seeking a suitably qualified organisation to assist in the joint marketing and letting of void industrial properties.

The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year subject to funding being available and satisfactory performance and will commence on 1 August 2018.

Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.

Registration and use of in-tend is free. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function.
