ESCC-RFQ-CS-East Sussex Annual Business Survey

One of East Sussex County Council's (ESCC's) Priority Outcomes is \"to drive sustainable economic growth\". The Economic Development Team, East Sussex County Council wishes to conduct a business survey (last undertaken in 2014 - see East Sussex Business Survey 2014) The East Sussex Business Survey (ESBS) provides an assessment of business issues and concerns in the county which informs strategic and operational planning undertaken by ESCC, key stakeholders and partners. ESCC is a partner in the South East Local Enterprise Partnership (SELEP) and Team East Sussex (TES) the local federated growth board to the SELEP, therefore the survey is also used as evidence in respect of business needs and concerns in the county within these partnerships.

ESCC (\"the Client\") is therefore looking to procure a contract with a consultant to support the East Sussex Business Survey. The survey and report is to be completed by end March 2018.
