Transport for London (TfL) is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers experienced in the provision and delivery of 360 questionnaires and reports based on proven Strengths based models.
This will be a 3 year agreement for the provision of 360 questionnaires, reporting which will include but not limited to:

| • | Ongoing access and provision of questionnaire |
| • | Ongoing access and provision of analytics - individual and aggregated |
| • | Alignment with TfL's leadership development offerings |
| • | User training and guidance materials |

Timeline (subject to change)

| • | ITT return - 9th September 2019 |

The anticipated spend is likely to be in the region of £50k per year but this is not guaranteed and is subject to change.
