Roundabout Sponsorship - Expression of Interest (concession)

The London Borough of Bromley are looking to engage with the Market for an Expression of Interest for the Provision of Roundabout and Traffic Island Sponsorship and Advertising at over 50 sites within the London Borough of Bromley.

The primary aim of this Expression of Interest includes an invitation to interested bidders to review and feedback any clarifications on the Council's requirement for this commission. Providers may seek clarification regarding any aspect of the Council's requirements as outlined below:

• The Council requires a company to manage paid advertisement and sponsorships at various roundabouts and traffic islands located across the borough (over 50 sites in total).

• The appointed company will directly manage all communication with sponsors / businesses, noting that each site will be exclusive to one business for a minimum 12-month period.

• The appointed company will be responsible for the manufacturing of all artwork and installation costs.

• The appointed company will be responsible for obtaining any necessary planning consents for signage.

• The appointment will be made on a minimum 70% sponsorship revenue share basis.
