Legal Support Services for Information Governance requirements for NHS Digital.. Framework RM919, Lot 6, to include
| • | Specialist regulatory support |
| • | Data protection/IG legal advice which is regulated by the ICO. |
| • | Data protection/IG advice in relation to its systems delivery, |
| • | Specialist support for queries relating to IG and establishment of NHS Digital powers, as set out in the Health and Social Care Act 2012, and related legislation. |
| • | Supplier to be familiar and up to date with ICO guidance on all matters pertinent to government healthcare as this will likely impact any advice. |
| • | Expertise and guidance in relation to the GDPR and likely impacts for NHSD. |
| • | Speedy turnaround from request to completion of delivery. |
| • | Onsite support of programmes on occasion when required |
| • | Work closely with the IG teams as well as the legal team, both of which are based in Leeds. |
