15 090 - Provision of Ceiling Track Hoists (Under Warranty)

Ceiling track hoists are one of the solutions provided by the Council to enable a safe means of supportive lifting and moving for disabled people.

This contract will be for the Supply, Installation, Removal, Refurbishment and Storage) and Associated Servicing and Maintenance (whilst under warranty) of ceiling track hoists.

The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.

The values in this notice are only estimations and take into account the option to extend.

Please note you are required to register, express an interest, download the Request For Quotation (RFQ) documentation and upload the completed RFQ documentation by the below deadline.

PLEASE NOTE RESPONSES MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED VIA THE CHEST BY 12 NOON ON THE 26th FEBRUARY 2016.

Please ensure you leave sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the closing date/time. The council cannot be held responsible for technical/ICT issues in leaving the uploading of your submission too late.

No submission received after this closing date and time will be considered other than where there are exceptional circumstances which may be considered by the Borough Solicitor in his sole discretion. Please note that submissions which are partly through being uploaded at the closing time will be considered to have not been received.

The performance of the contract will be within the boundaries of Cheshire East.
