Merseytravel currently maintains a timetable and bus stop database, and a journey planner using Mentz DIVA and EFA software, hosted in our data centres on-Premise.
We are looking to move these systems into the cloud, with Merseytravel staff continuing to update and maintain the timetable and stops data remotely.
Merseytravel requires a contractor who can:
| • | Install DIVA and EFA in the cloud to match functionality of our existing DIVA/EFA setup, and work with the software vendor (Mentz) to keep the software up to date and running smoothly. |
| • | Migrate our timetable and stops data from our on-Premise Oracle DIVA database to the cloud system (cloud system to use PostgreSQL as the database platform). |
| • | Provide ongoing hosting of the DIVA/EFA software with remote access for our users to import, edit and export timetable and stops data. |
| • | Undertake weekly exports of DIVA timetables to the cloud-hosted EFA journey planner. |
