The Hudson Fitout - AWARD

Coventry University are proposing to lease The Hudson building on Kennington Lane, SE11 5AD in London. It may be used for various functions over the duration of the lease, but initially it will be used to teach students and apprentices on Healthcare courses, providing a new London presence for the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health, part of Coventry University's Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. The building will include various practical teaching spaces, including a simulation ward, high-dependency unit, consultation room and patient's home, as well as more conventional teaching rooms, study areas and meeting rooms.

To enable these teaching activities to be relocated to the above unit, it is necessary to carry out a refurbishment proposed CAT' B' fitout, the scope of which will include (but not limited to) internal space configuration, internal finishes, general fittings, furnishings and equipment, mechanical and electrical works, works to ensure Fire Safety compliance and access control systems.
