The project is to provide Disabled Facility Adaptations Framework: Lot 1 – Bathing, Toileting and associated Internal / External Adaptations, Lot 2 – Supply and Installation of Through Floor and Step Lifts, Lot 3 – Ramps, Hardstands and miscellaneous External Adaptations, Lot 4 – Half Steps, Steel Hand Rails and miscellaneous Minor Adaptations, within the Borough of Bolton. Comprising :- General building and adaptation work to Bolton at Home properties including but not limited to: plumbing, flooring, joinery, drainage, concrete, brickwork, roofing, fencing and gates, paving and flagging, doors and windows, mechanical and electrical works. Each job call off value within any lot is up to a maximum of £20,000.
