Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCHC) is seeking an energy broker to provide a “one-stop-shop” for some or all the following services:
- energy procurement strategy determination;
- utility procurement – gas, electricity and water;
- bureau services;
- efficiency advice
- fuel (such as LPG and heating oil) procurement;
- DEC certificates;
- management information; and
- other support requirements.
Additional energy-related services will also be considered if required.
