By 31 January 2026 to deliver a recommended strategic design for the delivery of policing data integration and exploitation capabilities that covers:
| o | Data acquisition and management for policing data |
| o | Exploitation covering operational policing purposes; performance management and strategic research and policy development |
| o | Local, Regional and National capabilities |
| o | Optimising use of current, planned and commercially available products and services |
| o | Standard and sensitive data exploitation equities |
| o | The impact on existing capabilities and programmes |
| o | Alignment to and/or driver of wider police reform |
| o | A design for integrating data across the CJS and with the Single Unique Identifier being proposed by the Department for Education. |
This will be provided to senior HO and policing stakeholders to drive the transformation roadmap in the forthcoming spending review period.
