Thurrock Council has a requirement for the provision of asset valuations with the objective to:-
- i.Provide the most cost effective valuations within the resources of the Council;
- ii.Provide a valuation methodology that satisfies the external auditors without recourse to a full scale "Red Book" valuation for properties;
- iii.Continuously improve the standard of Asset management at the Authority.
