description
Buckinghamshire Adult Learning (BAL) use Tribal Group's ebs management information system (MIS) to record all learner data and make individual learner record (ILR) data returns to (ESFA) on a monthly basis. Quotes were sort from providers to deliver a MIS hosting service comprising of the following:
| a. | To host BAL's ebs MIS system, and all of the data within the system, in the cloud. |
| b. | To work with Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) to migrate all BAL data from BCC systems over to the Provider's including moving from an Oracle instance of ebs hosted by BCC to a SQL instance of ebs hosted by the provider. |
| c. | To provide a consultant MIS management for BAL in order to manage all of BAL's ILR data on behalf of the Council. |
