Leeds City Council is seeking a consultant to undertake an interim assessment of the success of Phase 2 of the AD Venture programme. The assessment will provide an update to enable us to report to funders on performance and impact of the programme to date. Overall, the work will inform the development of a programme-wide final summative assessment.
