SS15087 Disability Day Services Draft Specification

Through co-production and market engagement over the past 18 months providers have shared their views and experiences to help us develop a new specification for day opportunities for adults living with disabilities. As part of that feedback received, we were asked to share the draft specification prior to the formal tender process so that providers can help us identify any gaps, and areas which may require more in depth detail and clarity. We appreciate that this is a large document and realise this will mean that you need time to fully read and absorb it prior to submitting your comments. The specification is designed to be as easy to understand as possible however, and in order to give us time to consider incorporating any comments received before the document has to be finalised, we have set a two week deadline for this review period. All comments should be sent to communitysupport@kent.gov.uk by Tuesday 11th October 2016 Please note: This is a draft specification, it is therefore essential that you read this document in full again once it is finalised as the tender questions will be about what is detailed in this document No major changes, either additions or redactions, are expected prior to the final version as we have already consulted widely on the content.
