This work will create a Statement of Requirements for an information management system for DMO. Once the wider requirements have been captured, the successful bidder will review and present their findings to the HMCG Information Management Team and ICT to endure there is sufficient detail available to allow creation of a SOR which could be used as part of the procurement process for the development of an IMS using the most suitable technology.
