The works for this Framework Agreement will include, but are not limited to the following:
| Site Clearance | General site clearance including removal of; fences, vegetation, posts, street furniture |
| Earthworks | Minor and bulk excavation works including disposal off site and potential hazardous materials. Works may include ground stabilization |
| Drainage and Ducting | New drainage and ducting construction works and minor alterations to existing if required |
| Highways | Construction of new highways and road junctions. Also maintenance and repairs of existing |
| Kerbing and Footways | Laying of new kerb lines and full footway construction. Works may include laying new paving |
| Fencing | Installation of new fencing |
| Road Restrain Systems | Installation of vehicle road safety barriers etc |
| Signs and Markings | Installation of road traffic signs and gantries. Also the laying/removal of road markings |
| Utility Diversions | The planning and site supervision of STATS diversions |
| Street Lighting | Management and installation of new street lighting columns, brackets and heads |
| Brickwork, Blockwork, Stonework | Construction of new and maintenance of existing brickwork, blockwork and stonework |
| Landscaping | Soft landscaping works, including seeding, tree replacement etc |
| Bridges | The construction of new and maintenance of existing bridge structures and parapets |
