Birmingham City University (BCU) requires the provision of Venue(s) and associated services to host the graduation ceremonies from 2023 until 2027, an overview of this is as follows:
- 10 - 14 graduation ceremonies held each year on 7 non-consecutive days in January and July
- There are 2 ceremonies held each day
- Each ceremony held will attract up to 700 students and the room must have the capacity to accommodate a minimum of 2 guests per student at the ceremonies
- Online and offline booking facilities
The Contract to be tendered will be for a period of 3 years anticipated to commence on 14th of April 2022, and subject to satisfactory performance an option to extend for a further period of 24 months.
