Environment Agency - Bridgwater Accommodation Project

The purpose of the works is to amalgamate 350 DEFRA staff from two offices into one. Both offices are based in Somerset and located 17 miles apart. The works include:

• Redecoration of a three storied building in Bridgwater with a total net internal area of 3100m2.
• Making good all disturbed flooring and ceilings.
• Removal of internal partitions and doorways.
• Modifications/changes to mechanical and electrical systems.
• Working closely with other contractors on site undertaking IT and telephony work.
• Working closely with other contractors to undertake all removals work, supply and installation of new furniture and furnishings and the supply and installation of floor coverings.

The Bridgwater office will remain fully operational throughout the contract period.
