Contract Award for the provision of undertaking evaluation work on the following two MSG funding programmes and develop and undertake a robust evaluation of the impact of Tower Hamlets Grants Programmes over the next 3 years.
| 1. | A final evaluation of its 2012-15 MSG programme which completed on 31st August 2015. |
| 2. | A rolling evaluation of its 2015-18 MSG programme which will run from 1st September 2015 to 31st August 2018. This would include three stages: an early stage evaluation, an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. |
| 3. | Develop and implement a clear process for the annual review of approvals, outcomes and developments of all grant funded programmes across the council. |
The tender will also be expected to show opportunities to work closely with the Third Sector Team and build skills within the council.
