See 'Attachments' for a Word version of the advert containing a full description, additional CPV codes and details of a Supplier Engagement Event on 27th March 2015. This event will provide an opportunity for all interested suppliers to review the current iterations of the Statement of Requirements and draft contract, enable dialogue with potential suppliers and to provide a Q&A forum. Information will also be available on the proposed procurement process and timetable and suppliers will be able to meet key members of the STA project team involved in this procurement. STA is proposing to hold a follow up Supplier Engagement Event in Mid May.
Additional information: A second pre-procurement supplier event is being held by the Standards Testing Agency in connection with the procurement of Test Operations Service from 2017-22 .
Date and time: 13.00 Thursday 21 May 2015
Location: Coventry Rugby Club, Butts Park Arena, Coventry, CV1 3GE (please note the venue has free car parking and is located next door to our Coventry office where we held the last event).
Date and time: 13.00 Thursday 21 May 2015
Event focus: ahead of the event we are planning to share the draft contract. On the day we will be giving you more detail about the procurement process and the information we will be providing and asking for from bidders at each stage. We have arranged for representatives from each goal covered by our statement of requirements to be available for 1-2-1 appointments. There will also be an opportunity for further networking with other suppliers.
How to register: please confirm your attendance by emailing FutureOperating.MODEL@education.gsi.gov.uk by Friday 15 May. We would like to invite up to four people per organisation. It would be helpful to know who will be attending from your organisation and their role. 1-2-1 appointments with one of more of our representatives covering the goals in our statement of requirements are available on request.
