A review of the way KNH engages with tenants is currently being undertaken. Part of the review is to look at how we can successfully engage with our tenants and enable their voice be heard online.
As part of its online presence, KNH wish to purchase of a 'plug and play' digital platform that will allow multiple participants to connect and interact with each other and the organisation through varied communication channels across a range of subjects e.g. service improvements, performance, service delivery, key policies and procedures and other developments.
