You have been invited by WWF-UK to participate in a sourcing event for Modelling the Cost of Inaction in UK Food System under extreme weather and nature loss scenarios.
Dear supplier,
We are inviting proposals for a project titled "Modelling the Cost of Inaction in the UK Food System under Extreme Weather and Nature Loss Scenarios."
The objective of this work is to develop robust modelling that quantifies the economic, social, and environmental costs of failing to act on risks posed by extreme weather events and biodiversity loss within the UK food system. This analysis will inform policy and strategic decision-making to enhance resilience and sustainability.
Key Details:
Scope: Modelling impacts under multiple scenarios of extreme weather and nature loss, including direct and indirect effects on food production, supply chains, and consumer prices. Deliverables: A comprehensive report, supporting datasets, and clear recommendations for policy and industry stakeholders. Deadline for Proposal Submission: 20 January 2026, 17hs. Budget Range: £35,000 Please submit your proposal, including methodology, team expertise, timeline, and cost breakdown, on our system by the deadline above. Participation and submission is easy and all done within the system. Response may require forms, attachments, price quotes and/or descriptions of products or services.
