Leicestershire County Council (the Purchaser) is seeking to identify and appoint a Supplier to provide Waterproof Cloth Tape and Hessian Mats (for Surface Dressing/Slurry Sealing Works). The Contract will be awarded for the 2016 and 2017 season with a works period between January 4th 2016 and December 31st 2017. The anticipated contract value is estimated at £0.05m. Depending on the Suppliers performance the Contract can be extended for a further 1+1 years making a maximum length of 4 years in total.

- a)95mm to 100mm wide Waterproof Cloth Tape in 50 metre rolls in SILVER
- b)95mm to 100mm wide Waterproof Cloth Tape in 50 metre rolls in BLACK
- c)300mm x137mm close weave Hessian pads @ 330 pads per roll
