Developing guidance for institutional use of the maturity model for digital transformation in higher education

Jisc has awarded a contract to develop guidance to support the institutional use of the maturity model for digital transformation. This work builds on the development of the framework for digital transformation and the maturity model for digital transformation. The guidance will be authored as a guide which will be hosted on the Jisc website. In addition, consultancy is required to support a self-selecting group of universities to pilot the maturity model for digital transformation and to provide guidance as their self-assess their digital maturity. The outputs from the pilot, which will include vignettes/case studies, will inform further development of the maturity model and action plan.

In addition, this work will also cover the development of a guide for the Jisc website to support institutions with taking forward the outputs from the beyond blended learning study This will involve working closely with Jisc web team and design and production to ensure all content is Jisc branded.
