The successful bidders will be responsible for carrying Internal and External Decorations works and services as part of our asset investment programme. The Contract will typically deliver the following;
| • | Internal communal areas (all previously decorated only) |
| o | Walls, ceilings, doors, lift doors, windows, handrails and any previously decorated areas. |
| • | External areas (all previously decorated only) |
| o | Car park lining/bays, metal rails, railings, handrails, timber fascia, soffit, gable end boarding, timber cladding, gas/electric meter covers, timber gates, perimeter timber fences, drying area timber fences, bin store doors, estate signage post and rails and any other previously decorated areas. |
The contract will be based on the JCT Measured terms (2016) with Anchor's standard amendments.
