description
We envisage the Summit to be a deliberative forum, where residents representative of those facing the most significant inequalities in the borough come together to review evidence and deliberate on a set of recommendations for the Council and its partners to implement around ensuring all residents can make a living.
The Summit must be a meaningful and accessible forum for residents to engage directly with the Council and play a central role in shaping the recommendations and set of priorities for the making a living theme. The summit will ultimately shape the Council's EDI Strategy by working with residents from key target and outreach groups, community organisations and key stakeholders through a 'learn', 'deliberate' and 'decide' structure.
