1478: Job Board Advertising and Access to Candidate CV Database

DMU is seeking to establish a multi-lot, multi-supplier framework. The suppliers shall provide DMU with access to their job board websites in order than DMU can post job adverts directly on those job board websites. There are envisaged to be various methods to enable DMU to advertise, such as emailing the advert to the job board supplier for the supplier to post the advert, or DMU publishing the advert directly to the job board website etc.

The nature of the framework will be that DMU shall only utilise the framework if DMU has not been able to fill a job vacancy through advertising directly on the DMU website. Accordingly, the DMU website shall be the first method that is used to advertise a vacancy, should that method of advertising not result in a successful recruitment appointment then DMU may utilise the framework.

The framework shall be divided into a number of Lots, categorised by specialism, as follows:

• o[Lot 1: Generic Academic Job Adverts (one supplier/framework provider to be appointed)] EDIT 02JULY - PLEASE NOTE, LOT 1 IS CANCELLED AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FOR THIS LOT
• oLot 2: Generic Professional Services Job Adverts (two suppliers/framework providers to be appointed, on a ranked basis)
• oLot 3: Senior Academic Job Adverts (one supplier/framework provider to be appointed)
• oLot 4: Leisure Job Adverts (one supplier/framework provider to be appointed)
