Quotations are invited for the provision of a project manager to ensure the successful delivery of:
- a)Accommodation comprising Offices (B1a) with a net internal area measuring (25,000) sq ft with associated car parking, site infrastructure and balancing pond to serve the overall estate..
- b)conclusion of negotiations regarding the specification and cost with the chosen contractor(s) that can deliver the schemes required by the Council.
- c)monitoring arrangements in place for post-contract operation and smooth transitional arrangements.
The Project Manager’s role will concentrate on the specific project management, administration and delivery of the construction activity.
