description
We are seeking to commission a contractor to run our Resident Insight Survey (RIS), which will explore and track the views, experiences, and needs of our residents. At a high level, the survey will ascertain the satisfaction of residents with their local area and with the Council; measure important metrics related to our pandemic recovery, measure how well the Council is doing at delivering its priorities and resident delivery areas, establishes the level of recognition of the Council's social marketing campaigns, and measures the metrics for various ad-hoc topics on behalf of the Council. The survey will run twice a year over two years (via two waves).
We wish to complement this survey with a minimum of two follow-on focus groups per survey to help us explore some of the themes and topics identified in each of the survey waves.
