Background

The scope of this contract is to provide free White goods collection, repair, recycle and re-use service.

LMH are looking to appoint supplier who will work with them to deliver a highly customer focused, effective and efficient service whilst maximising the potential for knowledge, efficiencies and specialised advice. LMH will require a variety of Services.

LMH are seeking a suitable Supplier(s) to:

provide excellent documentation and services related to the transportation and reuse of white goods.
provide a seamless service, maintaining the highest standard of professional integrity, reliability, accuracy and value for money.
Aspire to the vision and values of LMH
Provide experience, knowledge and expertise to respond to enquiries covering environmental re cycling and reuse.
Provide bespoke and customised services which meets the objectives set out by LMH
Provide flexibility and capability to take on more services/enquiries related to improving LMH environmental performance.

Any specific points of clarifications, or areas of concern regarding the Specification or Conditions of Contract must be submitted via The Chest by the 19th February 2016 at 17.00hrs, and a response back via The Chest by 26th February 2016 at 12 noon to all clarification queries that it receives which it considers will have a material effect on the tendering process.

Service Requirement

The principal service requirement being the provision of White goods collection, repair, recycle and re-sell services. The key requirement within LMH who requires a supplier that will be able to provide free White goods collection from LMH void properties, repair, recycle and then be able to re-sell the goods to ensure an income, the supplier will also further develop recycling and reuse opportunities for other products within our void properties. The supplier will collaborate with LMH?s ISO 14001 targets and assist in further reducing our carbon footprint. The supplier shall also work with LMH and its partner organisations to support its worklessness programmes.

LMH would expect the successful supplier to provide an income for the service through the re-sale of the goods or scrap values.
