Provision of New Cemetery

Charnwood Borough Council require interested contractors to confirm, through this soft market testing exercise, the budgetary requirement for the provision of the infrastructure and landscaping of a new Cemetery in Loughborough

The new Cemetery on land at Cricket Lane, Charnwood, Leicestershire, East Midlands, England, LE11 3PD is to include access roads, car parking and landscaping works.

The purpose of this soft market testing is to engage with the market to determine the level of interest in this venture and obtain market-led feed-back so as we can set out our tender strategy and specification that provides the best solution for both parties.
