REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF AN EVENTS PROGRAMME IN THE TOP OF TOWN, BASINGSTOKE MAY 2016 - MARCH 2017

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is leading regeneration projects in the Top of Town and the events programme is part of this programme, with the aim of adding vibrancy, a sense of interest and fun, and increasing footfall to this area of town.

The Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers to devise and deliver inspiring, attractive, creative and interesting events that add vibrancy and increase footfall to the Top of Town area. We are now seeking the provision of an events programme for the 12 month period May 2016 – March 2017.

The council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Providers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Providers and all communications with the council, including the submission of Provider quotations, will be conducted via the ProContract system.

Any contractor wishing to be considered is invited to submit an official expression of interest, please click on the button provided to ‘Express Interest’. This will trigger an automated email inviting you to complete the Invite to Tender document which you will receive shortly after expressing your interest. To view the Invite to Tender and related attachments, follow the link within the email which will take you into the ProContract system.

All completed Quotation documents are to be submitted via our Electronic Tendering tool, ProContract.

A Supplier Panel event will be taking place with a site visit on 28 January 2016 between 14:30 to 16:30 at which the Council will be outlining their objectives and aims for the programme and taking questions; any questions taken and answers given will be published as soon as practicable after the event. Quotation returns and supporting information should be returned via ProContract no later than 12:00:00 Noon on Friday 4 March 2016.
