- Sustainability Strategy Outcomes (changes to Fire Cover) likely to take place Sept/Oct 2017
- A new Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP) likely to take place Feb/March 2018
- The Service also regularly conducts after the incident surveys and customer satisfaction surveys
