The Riverside Group are seeking a contractor to undertake works to improve the building's ventilation including the replacement of the windows and mechanical systems in 33 flats. The works also include external fabric repairs including the replacement of roof coverings, decorations and masonry repairs The duration is estimated 50 weeks. Contractors will be able to visit site to allow accurate pricing
