The main focus and scope of works comprise of major works (including general building works) and major repairs (which may include void properties). This contract will also be used for:
| • | In year 1-2 of the contract, circa 70 bathroom refurbishments (at Robinson House) (NOTE this applies to initial contract year only) |
| • | In year 1 of the contract, circa 12 new kitchens and 12 new bathrooms (at Lilac Close) (NOTE this applies to initial contract year only) |
| • | Beyond year 1 of the contract, ad hoc kitchen and bathroom replacements and/or refurbishments (note that the planned maintenance programme is separate from this contract) |
Works will include the following varied trades; this is an indicative list only:
