Liverpool City Council wishes to open the Provider Lists for Community Support Services and Specialist Residential and Nursing Services for the following client groups: Complex Dementia (Residential and Nursing Care only); Complex Needs - Clients with multiple impairments, qcquired brain injury (ABI), Physical and Sensory impairment (PDSI), Learning Disability/Autism, Mental Health (including Dual Diagnosis), and Substance Misuse (including social care and physical health needs), and Shared Lives.
