The works comprise of the following;
| • | Stripping out existing window sets and replacing them with new double glazed units within timber frames as highlighted within the tender drawings. |
| • | Stripping out existing window within timber infill panels and replacing them with new double glazed units within timber frames as highlighted within the tender drawings. |
| • | Stripping out existing doors and replacing them with new aluminium doorsets as highlighted within the tender drawings. |
| • | Installation of mineral wool insulation within the main roof voids. |
