description
The Authority requires a contractor works to be carried out to replace the Open Flued Central Heating Boilers located in the Plant Room of the Building and also to replace the Controls, flues etc. and to bring the installation in line with current regulations and standards. The building is a 2 storey purpose built block of flatted accommodation designated for use by the elderly consisting of 30 self-contained flats.
