Borough of Poole is seeking to tender the opportunity to refurbish and manage the Artificial Grass Pitch (AGP) at Turlin Moor Recreation Ground and specified areas of the adjacent Sports Pavilion. The pavilion comprises 15 changing rooms an office space/cafe, and numerous toilets and shower rooms. Whilst an AGP is the most obvious suggestion of sporting use other sporting opportunities will be considered.
We are seeking a suitably experienced and competent provider to deliver and develop sports provision from the site, whilst proving the best value for money outcomes in terms of revenue and investment at neutral cost to the council.
A lease is offered to redevelop and manage the AGP at Turlin Moor Recreation Ground. The space for the AGP measures approximately 70m x 40m.
