description
This Contract establishes the overarching terms under which the Supplier shall provide flexible and scalable resource capacity, digital delivery, development, live service support and related services in support of the Buyer's Apply for Things product family and associated services.
The purpose of this Contract is to secure access to a pool of suitably skilled resources that can be mobilised and demobilised at pace, with minimal lead time, in response to evolving programme requirements, operational demand and Ministerial priorities, while maintaining service continuity, quality and compliance.
The Services shall support the continued delivery, development, operation, improvement and live support of the Apply for Things products and associated services, including public-facing services and services used in internal caseworking operations. This includes support for technical delivery teams responsible for new functionality and continuous improvement, together with live service support for incident management and production environments.
The Supplier shall work collaboratively with the Buyer to support the Buyer's vision and objectives for the Apply for Things product family and wider product ecosystem, including by enabling flexible capacity management, supporting rapid design, development and deployment, contributing to service and architectural improvement, maintaining stable and highly available services, and supporting relevant transition and migration activity.
The Order Form and its schedules set out the contractual baseline for the Services. The detailed scope, Deliverables, milestones, dependencies, implementation activities, service levels and acceptance criteria for each work package shall be set out in the relevant Statement of Work agreed under this Contract.
