Car Park Remedial Works 2017 - Farlington Playing Fields and Clarence Pier - AWARD

Your company has been selected to quote for the above opportunity. The scope of which, will comprise of but may not be limited to the main headings listed below at two car parks within Portsmouth administrative boundary requiring some repair work:

• oExcavation
• oTarmac surface repair
• oDrainage works, including AcoDrains, pipework and soakaway
• oBitumen crack infill

The Authority is seeking separate quotes for individual sites and reserves the right to award a contract for either, both or none of the sites in order to achieve best value.

The Authority is targeting to have awarded the contract by 13 February 2017 with work anticipated to start on site 27 February 2017.

There is a strict completion and invoice date of 31 March 2017.

This contract is for one-off remedial works at the sites and will cease once the works are complete. A defects period, however, will be applied for a 52 week period after the completion date.
